VH9
VH9 is a Free radical scavenger. VH9 binds to the active pocket of Keap1, blocks the interaction between Keap1 and Nrf2, and activates the Keap1-Nrf2 antioxidant pathway. VH9 inhibits ROS production. VH9 scavenges ABTS and DPPH free radicals through hydrogen bonding and hydrophobic interactions. VH9 protects cells from oxidative stress damage.

VH9 (0.1-3 mg/mL; 1-2 h) exhibits good stability across varying temperatures, pH levels, NaCl concentrations, and simulated gastrointestinal digestion, retaining significant radical scavenging activity under all tested conditions[1].
VH9 (62.5-1500 μg/mL; 24 h) protects human HepG2 cells from H2O2-induced oxidative stress, increasing cell viability to up to 84.52% at a concentration of 1500 μg/mL[1].
