Biological Activity
KR-12 (human) inhibits E. coli K-12 with a MIC of 66 μM[1].
KR-12 (human) is inactive against S. aureus UAMS-1 and USA300 with MIC values >264 μM[1].
KR-12 (human) (40 μM) shows Little or no leakage from E. coli cytoplasmic membranes[1].
