KPC-2-IN-2 (Compound 6c) is a potent Klebsiella pneumoniae carbapenemase (KPC-2) inhibitor (Ki=0.038 μM). KPC-2-IN-2 can enhance the activity of cefotaxime in KPC-2 expressing Escherichia coli.
