Memagal

Memagal is an AchE inhibitor (IC₅₀ = 1.16 nM) and a NMDAR antagonist (K_i = 4.6 μM). Memagal inhibits the neurotoxicity induced by NMDA (HY-17551), with its IC₅₀ value being 0.28 nM. Memagal can be used for research on Alzheimer's disease.
