Animal Model:Mice were inoculated intracranially with 0.3×106 NCI-H1373-Luc tumor cells, which carry the firefly luciferase gene, in 3 μL PBS mixed with Matrigel (80:20) at the right frontal lobe using stereotaxic intracranial injection technique.[1]

Result:Produced a significant reduction in bioluminescence signal compared to baseline, indicating robust tumor regression.
On treatment day 21, achieved a mean bioluminescence signal of 9.15×106 photons/second in the treatment group, whereas the vehicle group exhibited a mean signal of 4.49×109 photons/second.
Resulted in approximately 99.8% inhibition of tumor growth compared to the vehicle control group.
Demonstrated sustained antitumor activity throughout the 21-day treatment period, with the bioluminescence signal continuing to decrease from day 7 through day 21.
