Description

LIG48 is ROS1 kinase domain and its mutant (G2032R ROS1 kinase domain) inhibitor. LIG48 remains within the mutated and wild-type ROS1 kinase domains. LIG48 can be used for the study of non-small cell lung cancer[1].

In Vitro

LIG48 shows the highest binding affinity for wild-type ROS1 (-9.272 kcal/mol) and a binding affinity for G2032R mutant ROS1 of -8.9 kcal/mol[1].

MedChemExpress (MCE) has not independently confirmed the accuracy of these methods. They are for reference only.

Help & FAQs
  • Do most proteins show cross-species activity?

Species cross-reactivity must be investigated individually for each product. Many human cytokines will produce a nice response in mouse cell lines, and many mouse proteins will show activity on human cells. Other proteins may have a lower specific activity when used in the opposite species.
