Biological Activity
MetAP-2 modulator-1 (Compound 4e) (2.5 μg/mL; 24 h) significantly reduces MetAP-2 enzyme levels in human neuroblastoma SH-SY5Y cells, resulting in a measured level of 8.8 ng/μg protein after 24 h exposure at 2.5 μg/mL[1].
