Biological Activity
Methyltetrazine-amine is widely used in click chemistry, especially in the inverse electron demand Diels-Alder (iEDDA) click reaction. Methyltetrazine-amine can undergo iEDDA click reaction with hydrogel containing Norbornene (HY-W013021) to form injectable scaffold materials, which can be used for tissue engineering[2].
MedChemExpress (MCE) has not independently confirmed the accuracy of these methods. They are for reference only.
