Mouse IgM, Isotype Control shows no specific binding to purified mouse splenic B cells, confirming the specificity of anti-FcμR antibody staining for FcμR on these cells[1].
Mouse IgM, Isotype Control (48 hours) does not alter proliferation or survival of purified wild-type or FcμR-deficient mouse splenic B cells in response to BCR cross-linking or LPS stimulation[1].
