Multitarget AD-IN-3 (10 μM) significantly inhibits the production of NO, TNF-α, and IL-6 in LPS-stimulated RAW 264.7 and BV-2 cells and downregulates the expression of COX-2 and NF-κB[1].
Multitarget AD-IN-3 (10 μM) significantly reduces intracellular ROS accumulation induced by TBHP in SH-SY5Y cells[1].
Multitarget AD-IN-3 can chelate Al3+, Cu2+, Fe2+, and Zn2+[1].
Multitarget AD-IN-3 (25-50 μM, 24 h) dose-dependently inhibits Aβ1-42 self-aggregation[1].
Multitarget AD-IN-3 (10 μM, 18-24 h) can reverse Aβ1-42-induced mitochondrial membrane depolarization, inhibit apoptosis and enhance the viability in SH-SY5Y cells[1].
