PROTAC α-synuclein degrader 2 is a potent α-synuclein PROTAC degrader. PROTAC α-synuclein degrader 2 induces ubiquitination and proteasomal degradation of α-synuclein by bridging α-synuclein with the VHL E3 ubiquitin ligase.
