Biological Activity
Protocol
1) Reaction buffer: 50 mM Tris-HCl, 2 mM CaCl2 (pH 7.0-9.0).
2) Storage buffer: 20 mM (pH 5.2) NaAc-HAc, 2 mM CaCl2. If not used immediately after dissolution, the product can be dissolved in storage buffer. The final concentration of the enzyme after dissolution is about 1-10mg/ml, according to It needs to be aliquoted and stored below -20°C.
3) Reaction conditions: The optimal reaction pH is 9.0, and the stable pH is 5.0-6.0.
MedChemExpress (MCE) has not independently confirmed the accuracy of these methods. They are for reference only.
