Description

Rizedisben (GE3126) is a fluorophore that can be used in fluorescence image-guided surgery. Rizedisben reduces non-specific adipose tissue fluorescence intensity and enhances nerve visibility^[1].

In Vivo

Rizedisben (GE3126) (i.v., 1.6-46.6 mg/kg, a single dose) causes a dose-dependent increase in the fluorescence emission intensity of the mouse sciatic nerve, and when the dose increases above 16.6 mg/kg, the increase in neurofluorescence becomes more Mild, with slower signal saturation in adipose tissue and minimal fluorescence in adjacent muscle tissue with increasing GE3126 concentration^[1].
