Biological Activity
Saccharothrixin F (Compound 3) shows antibacterial activity against Helicobacter pylori with a MIC value of 32 μg/mL. Saccharothrixin F also revealed anti-inflammatory activity by inhibiting the production of NO with an IC50 value of 28 μM[1].
