Scr-MyomP1 peptide is conjugated to mRNA-LNP via DSPE-PEG (2000)-DBCO using the post-insertion method to construct a negative control formulation (mRNA-Scr-MyomP1-LNP), which, compared with unmodified mRNA-LNP, fails to specifically enhance luciferase transfection efficiency in mouse C2C12 myoblasts and myotubes^[1].
