ATC-324 is an bivalent AR (Androgen Receptor) degrader based on the protein degradation technology platform AUTOphagy-TArgeting Chimera (AUTOTAC). ATC-324 induces the formation of AR/p62 complex, leading to autophagy-lysosomal degradation of AR.
