Sigmodal (3.5 μg/mL) produces the same ΔA response as quinalbarbitone (2 μg/mL), indicating that Sigmodal can cross-react with this barbiturate immunoassay system[1].
Sigmodal (2500 ng/mL) produces the same response as quinalbarbitone (50 ng/mL), indicating that Sigmodal exhibits cross-reactivity in this RIA system[1].
