SNX3-IN-1
SNX3-IN-1 is a sorting nexin 3 (SNX3) inhibitor. SNX3-IN-1 reduces SNX3 protein expression and inhibits SNX3-mediated activation of the Wnt/β-catenin signaling pathway. SNX3-IN-1 inhibits the proliferation and migration of pulmonary fibrosis-related cells, and decreases the expression of fibrosis markers α-SMA and COL-1. SNX3-IN-1 can be used in research related to pulmonary fibrosis.

Biological Activity
SNX3-IN-1 (Compound LC4) inhibits the enhanced migratory capacity of fibroblasts overexpressing SNX3[1].
SNX3-IN-1 inhibits SNX3-induced β-catenin accumulation and nuclear localization in cells[1].
SNX3-IN-1 (10 μM) inhibits TGF-β1-induced α-SMA expression in AT2 cells and fibroblasts, thereby reducing fibrotic activation[1].

Demonstrated therapeutic efficacy equivalent to positive control pirfenidone in inhibiting BLM-induced pulmonary fibrosis.
