SOS1/KRAS-IN-2 (7 days) inhibits DLD-1 colorectal cancer cell proliferation with an IC50 of 134.4 ± 5.12 nM[1].
SOS1/KRAS-IN-2 (100 μM) inhibits CAL-27 human tongue squamous carcinoma cell proliferation by 84.41 ± 10.36%[1].
SOS1/KRAS-IN-2 (100-400 nM; 24 h) induces dose-dependent apoptosis in DLD-1 colorectal cancer cells[1].
