Sotrovimab (VIR-7831) (WT IgG1) is a human IgG1κ monoclonal antibody targeting the Sarbecovirus subgenus; it is capable of neutralizing SARS-CoV-2, SARS-CoV-1, and various other coronaviruses. Sotrovimab (WT IgG1) retains a native, wild-type Fc region and does not contain the M428L or N434S mutations. Sotrovimab (WT IgG1) can be used for research on COVID-19.
