Biological Activity
Swertiachoside B (>2.49 mM; >0.62 mM for HBV DNA replication) shows no anti-HBV activity (inhibition of HBsAg secretion, HBeAg secretion, or HBV DNA replication) in HepG 2.2.15 cells, with a CC50 of >2.49 mM[1].
