Biological Activity
SXC2023 binds to the ferroptosis suppressor protein SLC7A11 with a binding energy of -6.2 kcal/mol via multiple hydrogen bond, pi-stacking, and alkyl interactions, indicating potential to modulate SLC7A11 function and sensitize colorectal cancer cells to ferroptosis[1].
