CD3 Activator

Etentamig (ABBV-383; TNB 383B) is a T cell engager targeting BCMA and CD3. Etentamig redirects T cell-mediated cytotoxicity by binding BCMA (K_d ≈ 0.7 nM) and activating the T cell co-receptor CD3 (K_d = 1.3 μM), mediates BCMA-specific plasma cell killing and target cell lysis, and has low-activation properties that decouple T cell activation from cytokine release. Etentamig exhibits anti-myeloma efficacy and can be used for research on relapsed/refractory multiple myeloma.

Emfizatamab (GNC-038) is a monoclonal antibody against CD19/CD3E/TNFRSF9/PD-L1. Emfizatamab exhibits antitumor activity, being capable of activating CD3 and 4-1BB signals on T cells, as well as targeting the high expression of CD19 or PD-L1 on tumor cells. Emfizatamab functions as a CD19-specific T cell engager by mediating direct antitumor activity. Emfizatamab can also overcome the inhibition of T cells by PD-L1. Emfizatamab can be used in the research of tumors such as R/R non-Hodgkin lymphoma or acute lymphoblastic leukemia.

ATG-201 is a novel T-cell engager (TCE). ATG-201 exhibits CD19-dependent CD3 binding and activation properties, enabling the effective depletion of B cells. ATG-201 can be used to study B-cell malignancies and B-cell-related autoimmune diseases.
