Luffariellolide
Luffariellolide is an inhibitor of human synovial fluid phospholipase A2 (HSF-PLA2) (IC50=5 μM). Luffariellolide effectively inhibits phorbol ester (PMA)-induced ear edema (ED50=50 μg/ear).
