Biological Activity
Pyrrolizidine?alkaloids?(PAs) at plant concentration reduce thrips survival on average with 21%. Structurally related PAs affect survival of thrips differently. PA free bases reduce thrips survival more than the corresponding PA?N-oxides[1][2].
