All Calcium Channel Isoforms :

In Vitro

XAT-13 (up to 100 μmol/L) shows no cytotoxicity in LAD2 cells^[1].
XAT-13 (25-100 μmol/L) inhibits C48/80-induced β-hexosaminidase release from LAD2 cells in a dose-dependent manner, with an IC₅₀ of 57.27 ± 0.13 μmol/L, and is more potent than Imperatorin (HY-N0285)^[1].
XAT-13 (25-100 μmol/L) dose-dependently inhibits C48/80-induced intracellular calcium influx in MRGPRX2-HEK293 cells^[1].
