XAT-13
XAT-13 is an orally active antiallergic agent. XAT-13 binds to the active pocket of MRGPRX2, and inhibits C48/80-induced calcium influx and β-hexosaminidase release. XAT-13 can be used for the research of pseudo-allergic diseases.
For research use only. We do not sell to patients.

XAT-13 (up to 100 μmol/L) shows no cytotoxicity in LAD2 cells[1].
XAT-13 (25-100 μmol/L) inhibits C48/80-induced β-hexosaminidase release from LAD2 cells in a dose-dependent manner, with an IC50 of 57.27 ± 0.13 μmol/L, and is more potent than Imperatorin (HY-N0285)[1].
XAT-13 (25-100 μmol/L) dose-dependently inhibits C48/80-induced intracellular calcium influx in MRGPRX2-HEK293 cells[1].
