11-Dehydrodexamethasone (20 ng; 10 min) acts as a substrate for both 11β-HSD₁ (rat liver) and 11β-HSD₂ (rat renal cortex, human kidney) isozymes, undergoing conversion to Dexamethasone (HY-14648) with mean conversion rates of 65%, 53.5%, and 69% respectively in the tested tissue homogenates^[1].
