Biological Activity
2-Dimethylaminophenol (Compound 31) (200 μM; 30 min) shows no significant inhibitory effect on recombinant human MMP-2 at the concentration of 200 μM[1].
2-Dimethylaminophenol (200 μM; 15-20 min) inhibits the activity of recombinant human GLO1 by 36% at a concentration of 200 μM[1].
2-Dimethylaminophenol (200 μM; 15 min) exerts no significant inhibitory effect on recombinant human hCAII at the concentration of 200 μM[1].
