2-Hydroxy-3-methoxychalcone (TJ3) (10 µM and 25 µM) significantly reduces the concentration of MIF secreted by SW480 cells which correlates with downregulations of ICAM-1. 2-Hydroxy-3-methoxychalcone (25 µM) increases the concentration of IL-8 in SW480 and SW620 cancer cells[1].
