2-(phenylethynyl)-ATP (Compound o1) (2.5 mM; 6 h) mediates mediocr conversion of ortho-nitrobenzyl-DL-homocysteine by PC-MjMAT, with negligible conversion of propargyl-L-selenohomocysteine, and the resulting 2-(phenylethynyl)-AdoONB product forms strong van der Waals interactions with PC-MjMAT that suggest product inhibition^[1].
2-(phenylethynyl)-ATP (2.5 mM; 6 h) supports minimal NovO-mediated THPC modification via ortho-nitrobenzyl group transfer and negligible propargyl group transfer in PC-MjMAT/MTase cascade reactions^[1].
2-(phenylethynyl)-ATP (2.5 mM; 6 h) does not support measurable RnCOMT-var-mediated DHBAL modification via either ortho-nitrobenzyl or propargyl group transfer in PC-MjMAT/MTase cascade reactions^[1].
