Biological Activity
7-Hydroxycoumarin glucuronide (400 μM; 10-20 min) is a substrate of MRP3 (Km = 187 μM) and MRP4 (Km = 63 μM) efflux transporters, but not of MRP1, MRP2, BCRP, or P-gp, as demonstrated by ATP-dependent uptake in MRP3- and MRP4-overexpressing membrane vesicles[1].
