BRD7116
Based on 1 Customer Validation
BRD7116 is a cell-non-autonomous inhibitor of leukemic stem cells (LSCs). BRD7116, without directly contacting LSCs, can inhibit LSCs merely by altering the microenvironment. BRD7116 also has any cell-autonomous effects on LSCs and induces transcriptional changes consistent with myeloid differentiation. BRD7116 can be used for the study of leukemia.

Biological Activity
BRD7116 (0.0625-16 μM) shows activity against LSCes (the LSC-enriched fraction of cells) (EC50 = 200 nM) and patient-derived, primary human leukemia cells, and displays limited activity against normal hematopoietic stem and progenitor cells (HSPCs) and AML cell lines[1].
BRD7116 (0-15 μM, 3 d) pretreatment of the stroma preferentially inhibits the LSCe cells compared to HSPCs[1].
BRD7116 (5 μM, 6 h) induced transcriptional changes consistent with myeloid differentiation in LSCes[1].
