DAB2-DTPA is a conjugate of DTPA with two DAB used in the photooxidation experiments.

In Vitro

The DTPA-DAB2 is synthesized by the reaction of DTPA anhydride with a five-fold excess of DAB to hinder the formation of polymers. Following removal of most of the unreacted DAB by extraction, the product DTPA-DAB2 is precipitated[1].
