Biological Activity
Dansylamide (DNSA), a site I specific probe, shows a significant increase in the fluorescence intensity of S-homocysteinylated rHSA (Hcys-rHSA)[2].
For the analysis of the binding ability of albumin, HSAs (10 μM) and BD140 (3 μM) or Dansylamide (DNSA) (10 μM) are incubated in phosphate buffer (pH 7.3) at room temperature, and fluorescence measurements are taken after incubation for 30 min[2].
MedChemExpress (MCE) has not independently confirmed the accuracy of these methods. They are for reference only.
