Reactive Oxygen Species (ROS) Control

(Rac)-Phox-I1 is a racemic isomer of Phox-I1. Phox-I1 is a p67^phox inhibitor. Phox-I1 inhibits ROS production.

Myrseguinoside A is a monoterpene glucoside found in the fruits of Myrsine seguinii. Myrseguinoside A does not exhibit significant DPPH radical-scavenging activity or growth inhibitory activity toward human cancer cells. Myrseguinoside A can be used for cancer research.

N-Methyl-2-HOBA (2-((Methylamino)methyl)phenol) hydrochloride is a methylated form of the isoketal scavenger 2-HOBA (HY-34350). N-Methyl-2-HOBA hydrochloride can be used as a negative control for the activity of 2-HOBA in a mouse model of hypertension.

(+)-Isoampelopsin F is an oligostilbene compound that exists in the roots of Caragana sinica. (+)-Isoampelopsin F does not exhibit significant DPPH radical scavenging or lipid peroxidation inhibitory activity, with IC₅₀ values all >200 μM.

(E)-Cynarin ((E)-Cynarine) is the E-isomer of Cynarin (HY-N0359). Cynarin is an anti-asphyxiant with multiple biological activities, possessing antioxidant, antihistamine, and antiviral activities, etc.
