Biological Activity
GGT Activity Assay: Purified enzyme Is incubated with L-Glutamic acid γ-(3-carboxy-4-nitroanilide) ammonium salt (Glu-cp-NA) (1 mM) and Glycylglycine (HY-D0889) (20 mM) in PBS (0.1 M, pH 8.0) at 37°C, and the increase in absorbance at 405 nm is monitored. Enzyme activity is determined using the molar absorptivity of 8800 M-1cm-1 formed by p-nitroaniline[2].
