AChE/MAO-B-IN-3 (Compound D30) shows antioxidant activity with an IC50 of 0.246 ± 0.011 μM in the DPPH free-radical scavenging activity test[1].
AChE/MAO-B-IN-3 inhibits beta amyloid 1–42 (Aβ42) with an IC50 of 0.1780 ± 0.0074 μM[1].
