AG690
AG690 is a phenoloxidase inhibitor and immunosuppressant. AG690 reduces the expression and activity of phenoloxidase, inhibits cellular immune responses including hemocyte phagocytosis, nodule formation and encapsulation, and suppresses the activities of superoxide dismutase (SOD), peroxidase and lysozyme, thereby enhancing the insecticidal toxicity of λ-cyhalothrin against Spodoptera litura larvae. AG690 can be used as an insecticide synergist in related research.

Biological Activity
Description
In Vitro
AG690 (100 ns) stably binds to the active pocket of Spodoptera litura PO, maintaining a stable low RMSD value of approximately 0.2 nm after equilibration[1].
