Biological Activity
Amido Black 10B (0.125-2.0 mg/mL, 3 h) shows genotoxic and mutagenic effect on mammalian cell HepG2[2].
Amido Black 10B (500 mg/L, 72 h) is decolorized by Lentinus squarrosulus AF5 (decolorization of 70%)[3].
Amido Black 10B (100-600 mg/L) is decolorized by Bacillus sp. strain AK1[4].
