Anti-Mouse TL1A/TNFSF15 Antibody (5G4.6) (20 mg/kg, i.p., once every 7 days, from day 21 to day 49) effectively reduces inflammation and bone destruction in male DBA/1 J mice with collagen-induced arthritis (CIA)[2].
