Antifungal agent 53 (4 μg/mL; 24 h) displayed less hemolytic effect than Miconazole (HY-B0454), against rabbit red blood cells[1].
Antifungal agent 53 (50 μg/mL, 80 μg/mL; 1.5-24 h) inhibits the formation of C. albicans biofilm in a dose-dependent manner[1].
