Aripiprazole N-oxide is a metabolite of the atypical antipsychotic Aripiprazole (HY-14546). Aripiprazole N-oxide is formed from aripiprazole by the cytochrome P450 (CYP) isoforms CYP2D6 and CYP3A4.
