Crepidatin
Crepidatin is a bibenzyl compound that can be isolated from the stems of Dendrobium loddigesii. Crepidatin promotes anoikis of lung cancer cells. Crepidatin inhibits the anchorage-independent growth of human lung cancer cells. Crepidatin can be used in lung cancer-related research.

Crepidatin (Compound 3) exhibits cytotoxic activity against H23 cells after 24 h, with an IC50 value of 157.77 μM[1].
Crepidatin (0-1 μM; 24 h) significantly enhances anoikis in H23 cells[1].
Crepidatin (0-1 μM; 4 weeks) significantly inhibits the anchorage-independent growth of H23 cells by reducing colony number and diameter[1].
MedChemExpress (MCE) has not independently confirmed the accuracy of these methods. They are for reference only.
