IT1208 is a humanized anti-CD4 monoclonal IgG1 antibody. IT1208 depletes CD4⁺ T cells with a manageable safety profile in vivo. IT1208 can be used for colon cancer research^[1]^[2].

IT1208 (200 μg, i.p., twice a week for 4 weeks) improves the survival rate, alleviates typical clinical symptoms of GVHD and reduces GVHD-associated damage to key target tissues including the skin ^[2].

Animal Model:

Human B cell lymphoma Raji cells (1 × 10⁶, i.p.) induced-mice prior to Healthy human peripheral blood mononuclear cells (PBMCs) (20 × 10⁶, i.p.)^[2]
Dosage:

200 μg
Administration:

i.p., twice a week for 4 weeks
Result:

Effectively prevented the development of xenogeneic GVHD in mice in experiments using cells from 3 donors.
Exerted only a partial preventive effect on xenogeneic GVHD in mice in the experiment using cells from 1 single donor.
Significantly prevented GVHD-associated damage to target tissues including the skin, salivary glands, liver and lung in mice.
