Praluzatamab ravtansine (CX-2009) (10-510 μg or 5 mg/kg, i.v.) can reduced the size of the tumor in H292 tumor-bearing mice^[2].

H292 tumor-bearing mice (female, 8 weeks, 18-25 g, injected subcutaneously in both flanks with 5 × 10⁶ H292 human lung cancer cells)^[2]

Intravenous injection (i.v.)
Result:

At 72 hours after injection, the tumor uptake was the highest in the 10 µg and 110 µg groups.

Immobilized ALCAM/CD166 Protein, Human (HEK293, Fc, HY-P7471) can bind Praluzatamab. The EC₅₀ for this effect is 13.78 ng/mL.
Flow cytometric analysis of 10⁶ Jurkat cells with Praluzatamab (HY-P99788, red). Cells were fixed with 4% paraformaldehyde. Then stained with the primary antibody at 1/200 dilution for an hour at 4℃. Alexa Fluor® 488-conjugated AffiniPure Goat Anti-Human IgG H&L (HY-P83776) was used as the secondary antibody at 1/1,000 dilution for 30 minutes at 4℃. Human IgG1 kappa (HY-P99001, blue) was used as the isotype control
