hACE2 transgenic (TG) mice inoculated with Gamma or Delta variant^[1]
Dosage:

5, 20, 40, and 80 mg/kg
Administration:

Intraperitoneal injection, 8 h post-inoculation, single dose
Result:

Delayed body weight loss and showed a statistically significant difference compared to the placebo group. Prevented the weight loss of the mice infected with Delta variant. Significantly inhibited the virus replication in the respiratory tract.
