Biological Activity
Norbormide has calcium entry blocker effects in isolated, perfused guinea pig hearts[1].
Norbormide produces coronary vasodilator, as well as negative inotropic and dromotropic effects[1].
In single ventricular myocytes of guinea pigs, Norbormide reduces L-type calcium current[1].
