In Vitro

Autophagy-IN-10 inhibits the ATG5-ATG16L1 and ATG5-TECAIR protein-protein interactions with IC50 values of 2.29 μM and 3.68 μM, respectively[1].
Autophagy-IN-10 (20 μM; 6 h) reduces autophagy incidence in COS-7 cells to 5.88%, effectively inhibiting autophagy[1].
