Azido-PEG20-NHS ester is a PEG derivative that can be used for drug delivery and other research. Azido-PEG20-NHS ester is a click chemistry reagent. Azido-PEG20-NHS contains an azide group and can undergo copper-catalyzed azide-alkyne cycloaddition reaction (CuAAc) with molecules containing an alkyne group. Azido-PEG20-NHS can also undergo ring strain driven alkyne-azide cycloaddition (SPAAC) with molecules containing DBCO or BCN groups.
