In Vitro
Belinostat glucuronide (1 mg/mL; 24 h) exhibits high stability after 24 h of incubation at 37°C in acidic environments (pH 2.6-6.5), which confirms its O-conjugated structure[1].
Belinostat glucuronide (0.1-10 μM; 72 h) exhibits no cytotoxic activity against HepG2 cells[1].
